Miles from two *A programs for upgrade?
 
Is it possible to use miles from two different *A programs (in this case EB and MM) to buy an upgrade from Economy to Business Class on a *A flight? (Not enough miles in either program, but enough if you accumulate the two).

No, but you can upgrade one direction with EB miles and the other direction with MM miles
