Status in the middle of RT
 

Hello. I tried to search for answer here, but I had no luck (probably I don't know how to search here :-)

I have a flight from Europe to US and the first leg should give me FTL status. Will I have FTL perks on the way back already, or I need to finish the whole itinerary first? Will I get my 25% bonus?

You will get the 25% bonus for the return flight. Lounge access might be a different thing depending on availability of a LH lounge there. Print a copy of your online statement and just look how far it takes you.

The lounge dragons of LH are pretty strict and often demand to see the card that says Star Gold..... Your mileage may vary.. .Good Luck!

I'm assuming you are flying back in the same airline as your program. If so and your miles have gone through into your online account, you probably stand a good chance to get into the lounge. Alternatively, I've had similar experiences in the past and the airline program mentioned that they could fax me a letter stating that I have reached a certain tier so that I can bring it with me in the lounge. Again, not sure if this will work for a lounge that does not belong to your airline. Good luck :)

As others have said you should get your 25% bonus for the return flight.

Although you are not asking about lounge access, this should also be possible if there's an LH business lounge at the departure airport, but as you probably know FTL (*S) does not have access to *G lounges.
