YOW to GBE Question
 

Hi Folks

As an AC Elite, I usually post questions on the Air Canada Forum as my questions usually deal with AC stuff (duh!)

But I now am venturing outside my usual travel knowledge comfort zone and ask the gurus here to assist me with your expertise.

I am likely going to be travelling from YOW-GBE for about a week in April.

I am funded for J (Business Class) and I am looking for tips on:

1. Routing - it appears that going through IAD is the most direct route but coming back the SAA flight stops in Dakar, are there days when the flights are direct coming home?

2. Things/routes to avoid. Service, seating etc.

3. Stop over in JNB, worth it to recharge or keep going?

Any tips/guidance would be greatly appreciated.
