*G Seating Options Changed on US

I thought this thread on the new choice seats on the US Dividend Miles page would interest other *A flyers as it seems to limit *G access to preferred seats.

The subject isn't that there are new choice seats, it's that "preferred" seats that used to be limited to US elites are now available to anyone who pays $5.

I never realized that there was much of a distinction between US seats except exit/non-exit and proximity to the door...

Sorry - you are right - I was a little unclear. The only 'advantage' is that they are closer to the front.
