Star Upgrade Mileage Posting Experiences
 

Just curious if anyone here has had any issues with flights posting properly when star upgrades are used?

I've got an upcoming SQ flight that I upgraded with NH miles and BD as my mileage-earning carrier. When I called SQ about a seat they thought it was a mileage ticket so I already foresee not getting miles for this flight and a prolonged discussion with BD.. Anyone have any successful experiences to share?

I have had fun (and uncredited miles) using my LH card to book a flight and SQ miles to get it upgraded. Urgh.

Followup: Flight posted to BD just fine. Guess they do have this worked out somehow ^
