Three Circle Asia questions

Three quick questions:

(1) Is this routing valid?
NRT-AKL-SYD-SIN-NRT. Tallies at 14,060 miles, involves all three regions, crosses fron NE Asia to SW Pacific to SE Asia back to NE Asia.

(2) Who issues the ticket?
I have read conflicting information about which airline can issue a "circle' ticket. Previous Circle Pacific tickets I bought were issued by the first segment carrier. In this case this would be NZ. Or can I choose any carrier on this itinerary (which would be SQ or possibly ANA)?

(3) Pricing?
ANA is offering the Star1 (<15,000 miles) C class Circle Asia ticket for about USD 4,100. That seems expensive given that a <22,000 miles C class Circle Pacific ticket prices for around USD 5,200 (ex USA).

N.B. I cannot change thr routing, all other conditions will be fulfilled, and I don't care which *A carrier I fly with though NZ and SQ are preferred.

Many thanks.

Yes - legal and valid. Provided your minimum stay is met and the AKL SYD and SIN are stopovers of longer than 24 hours.

(2) Who issues the ticket?
As per the fare rules -
"15. SALES RESTRICTIONS:
Permitted on ticket stock of LH/NH/NZ/OS/OZ/SQ/TG/UA if participating in the itinerary only"

(3) Pricing?

The equivalent fare if originating in Oz is AUD4649.00, so sounds about right.

Cheers.
