How to ticket in Japan from abroad?
 

Hi all,

I've spent more than 4 hours on the phone with United in 3 separate calls. I'll spare you the drama, but I finally have a good CRTW3 itinerary and also an urgent problem: how do I ticket (pay for) this from the U.S.? The trip begins and ends in Japan to get the lower rate. To ticket with United will cost $3-4k more even though it is a NRT departure.

Is there an agency in Tokyo or an airline that I can call to do this ASAP? I will pick up the physical tickets at NRT on the day of departure (July 13), or alternatively they could be FedExed here next week. Thanks in advance for any help.
