Lounge Access in SIN
I will be arrving at 5:40am off of SQ19 and transiting to SQ192 to PEN at 8am. Flying Y this direction
What lounges can I go to as a *A-Gold, which ones are open at that hour?
On my return I will be spending the night at SIN (transit hotel) waiting for UA flight to NRT - what lounges will be open when I arrive at 10:45PM - I am in Y, but waitlisted for upgrade to C.

Premier Lounge (PL) at SIN is the designated *A lounge at T2. Its beside the SKL. Can't miss it.
IIRC, PL's opening hours are from 0500hrs - 0100hrs.
Are you flying C or F? If yes, you may access the SQ's Silver Kris Lounge (SKL) which is open 24 hrs.
