*a Crtw
 

I have a *A CRTW and is looking to book a GRU-YYZ flight but my travel agent tells me that there are no C Class seats on that flight (Nov 10). But when I look up on http://flyaow.com/classcwt.htm I see there are 2 seats available. Is the website mentioned incorrect or should I be looking for another TA.

I have never been able to book a C class seat on Air Canada.

Your TA might be looking for D class seats, which is the booking class that all *A carriers except AC use for business class on international RTW flights. AC uses C booking class instead of D.

If the ticket is already issued and your TA can't help, you can call AC directly and make the reservation.

Expertflyer lists availability in D-class which is the booking class for CRWSTAR tickets :)

Not for AC - they don't follow the *A booking class conventions.
