EK codeshare Questions
 
If I buy a ticket from EK that involves a segment on CO under an EK flight # will I get miles with UA? Similarly a flight with Sri Lankan? Per an EK agent the CO flight will not the UL.

United Airlines is not partners with UL, so you will not get miles on a flight with a UL flight number.

I think you have to fly Emirates operated flights in order to get miles with UA
