Upgrading on *A flights

Can anyone advise me if I can use my evouchers andm iles from LH on other *A flights such as SQ?

If space is available, you can upgrade – in addition those airlines using M&M as their FFP - on NH, SQ, UA and Condor against M&M miles, but not with eVouchers.

starting april-1-2006 e-vouchers are good for upgrades on LX (swiss) flights too.
