Currently only oneworld and skyteam serve kenya
BA has a 747-400 LHR NAB KL has a 777 AMS NAB However LX serves Nairobi with an airbus 330-200 and will join star alliance in April. So it will soon be possible to go there via ZRH. ^ |
And SAA will join Star as well on 4/1. They fly to NBO via JNB.

As of today, technically not.... Remember that both LX and SA join in April. Both fly to NBO. Also, Condor (an LH subsidiary) does fly to Mombasa (check the staralliance timetable).
