Circle Pacific eligebility

I need to do a trip in November YVR-SYD via SIN to PPT via AKL and back to YVR.
Seems like the *alliance circle pacific pass would be a good option.
Are miles collected in Economy eligable for status miles on a *alliance frequen flier program.
I am posting it in the SQ forum as most flights will be on SQ.

As long as you avoid the V, Q, G, N, T fare classes on SQ, your SQ economy class flights will be eligible for status miles on any *A FFP.

See also this thread.

Thank you. I wasn't sure where it would be the best place to post this; SQ since it will mostly involve travel on SQ or AC since I am an Aeroplan member.
I checked fares just buying a return on SQ to SYD and then a seperate ticket on NZ to PPT, spending a few days in AKL.
Later found out about the Circle Pacific Fare which might be the better way to go. That's why I posted it here too.
Any idea which booking class Circle Pacific fare is booked in?

I'm not sure what the exact booking class is, but according to this, economy class segments should be eligible for mileage accrual. ^ :)

I suggest ringing SQ reservations and confirming the fare class with them.

thought that airpass tix on SQ should be ticketed in H, unless I read wrongly.
:)

Thank you for "this" link. Now I know how much the circle pacific fare is out of YVR. Great news too.

In the old SQ web-site for Canada, there was the info for Circle Pacific... but now I could not locate it in the new web site :(

I remember they used to have fares in Y and C class on their website. It's not there anymore.
I checked on the Star Alliance website, they still offer the Circle Pacific Fare but no prices quoted.
Does anyone know what the fare is in Y and C class ex YVR?
There are two options: up to 22,000 miles and up to 28,000 miles.
I checked with a travel agent and was told that they have to send it in to the airline and get a respond in a few days.

I'll move this thread to *A forum, where hopefully your questions will be answered.

I just used Circle Pacific, and I flew with SQ (SGN -> SIN -> SYD).
The two flights were booked in M class, and I received 100% mileage.
UA and TG flights were also in M.
NH was in Y.
Hope that helps.

Yes, that helps. I have just e-mailed my itinerary to my travel agent to get a fare.
Will post it here when I get the fare for the Circle Pacific ex YVR.
