Status recognition?

I have following question:

If you want to participate in a second Star Alliance FFP, how can you get your status recognized and collect miles in the new program without status??

Greetings,

Kranich

Just present your Silver/Gold card whenever it is needed and present the new card only at check-in to get credits recorded in that program.

Or on some airlines [IE NZ,SQ] there are two program fields.
One FQTV for the Miles another FQTS for the suplementary status.

Well, that sounds very reasonable and customer friendly. ^

So neither LH nor UA will even consider it. :)

well they won't considering but you can credit you miles to M&M and get the credit sector on SQ, it's like the double dip of HH!sectors on SQ qualify for PPS but only when flown in Raffles and F.3 roundtrips in C from Europe to SIN on SQ metal and you are PPS and on a good way to reconfirm for SEN!
