So why is SQ permitted to have a modified *A livery?
 
So I was just surfing around the pictures on airliners.net, and I've always wondered why * allows SQ a modified version of the standard livery that all the other arilines follow (eg, SQ with their tail, and not the * tail). Any ideas on why? "Special treatment" for the "best" airline ;) ?

So this is what I'm talking about: SQ * livery vs. standard * (UA).
