I cannot seem to find a status match link I can register for the match. I plan to use a UK address for TG Gold. Any links?

The link used by many FTers (see post #5 in this thread) doesn't seem to work any more, so you'd have to have received the targetted email to get a link. You can try calling the UK Star Alliance desk at 0800 546 547.
By the way, the T&C mention the condition that current *S and *G may not use the match to attain elite status in another *FFP.
