Hiya everyone, I have signed up for expertflyer.com to hopefully bypass the lengthy waits and phonecalls to call centres for redemptiion flight availability - alas all the redemption booking classes doesn't seem to be showing up at all - esp for LH, SQ, NZ and TG - anyone has had any success with it or any other web site that could give such information? Thanks!

The availability tool ("Smiley") shows NZ OS and AC reward classes availability. The KVS availability tool shows BD LH & TG that I know of & I'm sure SK and OS as well.
US UA SQ RG are not visible on either. Not sure about NH LO OZ.
A good sized thread about both (with links) is in Miles Buzz forum under the title of "Galileo THis Service is Stopped".
