HELP!
I‘m on a SA Global Pass and in Korea right now. Somehow SA has lost my itinerary and they now are not responding to my emails anymore. For days I‘m trying to change tomorrows flight for my son and myself, but wont get an answer. Their phone numbers don‘t work (anymore), only email, and I do not get any reply. I called Lufthansa since the email ends [MENTION=31814]DLH[/MENTION].com, but they can‘t help either (even our flight is a LH flight). Does anyone of you have an idea how to get a hold of anyone at SA? Any help is appreciated!

For rebooking you need to call the issuer of the ticket; not LH (LH can't rebook a ticket issued by others than LH regardless that it concerns their flight)
