Is *A Lounge in GRU even open?
 

If so, number of people?
See different cleaning regimens?
Are they also giving food? buffet?

On March 23 it was still open, but without direct access to the buffet. Instead, waiters were handing out food/drinks. I would also be interested to know if the lounge has been closed since. I would think so.

Bringing up this same question, as I need to travel from Brazil to the US soon. The most recent article I found is from May 18 saying that all lounges worldwide are closed except GRU, which will operate with reduced hours.

Anyone know where to find those hours? I would hope it’s during the few departures that are still left (I think just TAP to LIS, LH to FRA, and UA to IAH but could be wrong). The UA departure is temporarily later than normal so hoping it’s open during that window but hard to find a concrete answer.

A week ago it was open. Reduced hours, F&B served from menu, very limited selection. I do not remember exactly the open hours but for sure it was open between 15:00 and 18:00. Could be from 13:00 to 21:00

As far as I can tell, the only star flights are LH, LX, and UA so your suggested hours make sense, I'm just hoping it stays open for the late UA departure as the Euro flights leave around 18:00 and then there's a gap until the 23:30 UA flight. Some days there's a TP flight to LIS around the same time but it appears not to operate on the day I'm flying, so wondering if that makes the lounge susceptible to close early after the Euro flights...
