SEA Lounge options on BR biz award

I am flying on an Aeroplan biz class award ticket from SEA to TPE on BR. I also have AMEX Platinum and PP. I have about 4 hours to kill. Have heard EVA passengers can use BA in addition to some other lounges but I've never been to SEA and could use some advice on which lounge is best (that I can access in my circumstance)?
