KIX Lounge Access on Connection Intl/Domestic?

curious to know if we qualify for any lounge access at KIX arriving in UA Biz from SFO connecting to Starflyer (NH flight number) all-economy aircraft to HND

do we have access to any lounge at KIX? not a big deal but i like checking out lounges, esp. in an airport i'm unlikely to return to

TIA!

What's your status? You would have access to the NH domestic lounge if you are Star Alliance Gold from status, however since it's an all economy flight, you won't have access from your cabin class. (Star Alliance rules are based on departure rather than arrival so you don't get lounge based on being in UA business arriving). Ignore the fact it's a StarFlyer operated flight, NH treats these as their own for most purposes and you'll earn miles in your own program as if it were NH metal.

If you don't have *G and won't have access, don't worry about it, you're missing out on nothing. NH domestic lounges are pretty spartan. They have soft drinks, beer, and some really bad Japanese whisky, that's about it. No food aside from snack crackers. The only big benefit is getting out of the terminal, but honestly domestic terminals in Japan aren't so bad though charging points may be hard to find if you need to charge a laptop, etc. .
