Biz Class Lounge Access in FRA When Transiting
 
If I am flying on an upgrade Biz class ticket US to Prague--transferring in Frankfurt to Lufthansa for the flight to Prague--will I get lounge access in FRA during my layover?

yes- LH biz class (whether upgrade or purchase) gets LH lounge access.

The ticket is upgraded to biz with UA miles, so I am not actually in the biz cabin for the FRA-PRG flight.

Then you are in economy and the FRA lounges are not accessible unless you are Star Gold (status allows any class).

Actually you will have access to the LH Welcome Lounge, which is outside security, assuming your flight arrives early enough.
