EVA. UA on some routes. Probably others but those are a couple I know of for certain.

The answer is NO pyjamas for UA (at least between Australia and USA where I have flown them), LH, LX, OS, TG and SQ.

Have you flown since the new Polaris hard product rolled out on 1 December 2016? If not that would explain why you didn't get them. Routes with a r/t block time >24 hours get them now.
