Open-jaw stopover on RTW?
 
According to the rules, "last point of arrival and first point of departure (of the open-jaw) together count as one stopover." That part is perfectly clear, but, which of the two count as the stopover, i.e., which of the "points" can I not return to for another stopover?

I am having this trouble now.
My itinerary is....
Ao-Bo//Co-Do-Co-Eo
B and C is Open Jaw but first "C" city was considered as stopover so I had to change my schedule because of two S/O at C city.
My case is ex-BKK of STAR YRTW3.

Both cities at either end of a ground or ARUNK segment are counted as one stopover under number of stopovers rule, but both cities are counted as a city stopover under city stopover rules. You cannot stop at either city again in the same itinerary.
