Spanair to join *A. Chapter-II: The staff
 

If you want to make angry a Spanair staff you can ask him or her if they work for Ibera before. The usually answer when you ask for something to a Iberia staff is "no" and Spanair it's usually a "I will try". Of course it's not the same to flight on Y,D or C than in T or B, but except for 2 bad experiences I had, I allways get a good treatament in the check in and transfer desks.

I changed tickets in restrictive fars with no penalties if it is reasonable what I'm asking or they changed my bag from one plane to another because this one leaves a little bit earlier. Once my mate lost a glasses in a lounge and they bring personaly in the next plane, she was treated very nice. Usually man are more understanding to your situation if you want to make any thing wich is not the usual check in or transfer.
