Help needed for RTW
 

I'm desparate about my plan for a RTW trip.

I would like to do something like:
CDG - CAI - DBX - JNB - MLE - BKK - DPS - CNS - POM - SYD - CHC // AUK - LAX - MEX - SJO - MIA - CDG

But my travel agent was only able to get me the following (for 2500 euros):

CDG - BKK - DPS - CNS - POM - SYD - CHC // AUK - LAX - MEX - SJO - MIA - CDG

That is, I cannot go to either Cairo, Dubai, Johannesburg and Male. I feel it's easy to go to Male as I can go there via Austrian Airlines. However I'm severly screwed for Egypt/UAE/South Africa.

If anyone has good ideas to enable this kind of travel, he is very welcome. Maybe one world will be more appropriate for this travel.

You probably need to go CDG-FRA-CAI(LH)-DXB(SQ) BUT no direct cxn DXB-JNB on *A and no *A carrier service to Male except VIE - MLE.
Maybe it is too much cxn's for your TA or he didn't search the right way.
Your travel plans probably won't fit into a RTW 1 or 2 b/c of the necessary back and forth travel.
