RTW Stopover NRT/HND
 
This is a tongue in cheek question (but who knows I might get lucky!): In view of the considerable distance between the two, would HND and NRT be considered the same "city" for RTW purposes or could one have a stop in HND and then later in NRT?

Much like EWR/LGA/JFK for NYC.
