RTW Rules Question
 
Hi,

In the rules for a Starlite RTW, It says: NOT MORE THAN ONE CROSSING MAY BE PERMITTED
BETWEEN AREA 2 AND AREA 3 ON ENTIRE JOURNEY.

Can someone explain what Area 2 and area 3 are?
