poll - how many *A carriers have you flown?
This has been discussed before, but I think its time for an update...
I will kick this off with my count. Ive flown 11 (eleven) of the Star Alliance carriers. Im still missing AirCanada, BritishMidland, Air New Zealand, and AnsettAustralia.
Also, when will *A have a fly all carriers and earn a fat bonus promo again...???

'made' 13: Air Canada, Air NewZealand, Ansett, Austrian, British Midland, Lauda, Lufthansa, Scandinavian, Singapore, Thai, Tyrolian, United, Varig,
Not (yet) been on 2: ANA (I wouldn't dare to ask them to give me knives and forks instead of sticks - I am so untalented ...), Mexicana (the last 2 years all my flights in or out of Mexico were always connecting with long-haule upgrades on LH from Europe or with SWU on UA to go-on transpacific).

11 or 8, depending on how you count.
After they joined *A I've flown: Air Canada, Austrian, British Midland, Lufthansa, Scandinavian, Thai, Tyrolean, and United; total of 8.
Before they joined *A I flew on: Air New Zealand, Singapore, and Varig; 3 more. Do they count?

hmm good question.. for me:
AC, AN, BD, LH, NZ, SK, SQ, TG, UA
was planning to fly OS/VO/NG in an upcoming RTW, but think I will ditch that plan for the lure of UA'd double miles promo.

Nine so far: AC, of course [shame on you, Gaucho!, at least I've flown MX], and UA so that makes me NAFTA friendly. BD and SK, LH as well as OS to cover off the EEC. But on the Pacific side of the world, alas, justTE/NZ and AN before it went down. Have SQ booked for January as the start of my assault on the Asian three.
