No, points once credited to a program cannot be moved retroactively.
BTW, there is a questionable loop-hole in that allows mileage credit into both LH and UA accounts if they were UA flights issued on UA (016) ticket stock.

FYI, It is possible to "move" previously credited miles from UA M+ to LH M&M. (I flew a few business class segments on LH and SQ recently and they were credited to my UA M+ account.) First you have to write to UA M+ (they need a signature) then they send you a letter acknowledging the change. Then you send this letter, along with the original baording passes and a copy of the ticket, along with a letter explaining the change to LH. This was a pleasant surprise.
