RTW ticket routing change
 
Hi,

If I am travelling MEL LAX for example on an RTW ticket, and I change dates and flights from UA direct to NZ via Auckland (connection/transfer, not stopover). Is that considered a re-routing (and therefore cost $150) or is it just a flight/carrier change?

says "Changes that require a rerouting (including adding stopovers) will result in a fee of USD 125.00."

That is a routing change. 125 $ plus recalculation of taxes/fees. Also make sure you don't get above the 16 sectors.
