*A Lounge in MVD??

Happy New Year all! I've done some searching but couldn't find a concrete answer...will be flying ex-MVD beginning of February on a very late night/early morning Copa flight and wondering if there are any *A lounges in MVD. The Lounge Finder on *A's site came up with zilch but looks like there is a "VIP Lounge" listed on TAM's site. Obviously TAM is leaving *A but would access still be valid? Looks like there is another contract lounge for $50.

Aeropuertos VIP Club for use by Copa pax as well. Not sure of hours. Good luck!
