*A Gold Priority Boarding

Hi there. I am currently *A Gold via Air Canada. I have a few United Airlines flights coming up.

According to my Air Canada pamphlet, I am entitled to priority boarding on *A partners (eg. United Airlines). Do I need to show my *A Gold tag or card when boarding, or will they understand the status as it should show up somehow on the boarding pass?

Thank you for the help and answering my stupid Q :)

It should be on your boarding pass and you would board with group 2.

I've only been asked to show card on Asian airlines.

Your BP should be marked up Premier Access and boarding group will be 2

Have flown multiple times on SQ, NH, TG, OZ, never once had to show card on boarding, lounge acess is a different story though.
