When to re-issue a RTW ticket
I have bought a RTW in Business and will be starting from Seoul next month.
Now I need to change some routings in the middle of the trip (within USA). Shall I re-issue the ticket after flying the 1st sector?

It depends.... Has the fare gone down from RTW's starting in ICN? If so, you may be able to take advantage of a new fare by reissuing now. Otherwise, I would wait until after the first segment.

I am not sure whether the fare has come down or not.
By reading other posts, I thought I no longer able to ticket RTW from other countries by paying their fare (I am based in Hong Kong). If I re-issue the ticket before starting my RTW (from Seoul), does it mean I need to pay the Hong Kong fare now?
Please correct me if I am wrong.
