redeeming rewards
 

I am a star alliance gold member, I am finding difficulty in redeeming my miles on a partner airlines say Jet airways.
can someone guide me?

Sure, let's say you have your miles with THAI or Singapore, you would enter your number and code ten go to redeem flights , further then to star alliance flights. Pick the zone your flight will operate in, check to see if you have enough miles then proceed to purchase. You will always find it is easier to buy flights within the loyalty program of your airline, yet you will find tha with practice it becomes easier.. happy new year

I suggest you ask the question in the forum of the airline where you have miles. All the programs and the way how to find flights are slightly or completely different from airline to airline.
