Layover/Lounge advice?
 

I'm 7 sleeps away from my next big vacation (been over 1.5 since I've taken one) and I think I'm actually more excited about the journey there than I am for the actual vacation?!

I'm booked in Business Class for both the outbound and return, but I'm on Star Alliance out and Oneworld back. The routing is pretty decent except for some pretty funky layovers for which I need advice...

TG795 LAX-BKK Arriving at 0630
14.5 hours - I think I'm going to head into Asoke to a particular day spa for a few hours, then I guess I'll be back at the Royal Silk Lounge. But which Lounge - I think there are 4 in 3 different concourses - which is best when I have so much time to kill? Gonna be a long day before I depart at 2110 on TG337 BKK-MAA

I'm more concerned about the return journey as the routing and lounge access is much less ideal:

EK652 MLE-CMB Arriving at 1815
8.5 hours - I've read a little about the Araliya Lounge at CMB and I am NOT looking forward to it. If I were arriving during the day, I'd consider heading into Colombo, but I'm not sure that's a good idea when I'm arriving in the evening?

Next up is EK349 to DBX Arriving at 0600
4 hours - I'll be hanging out in the Emirate Terminal 3 Lounge, I guess.
And from there it's on BA108 to LHR where I've only got 1hr before BA269 back to LAX.

Any advice for the two layovers in BKK and CMB would be great!
