Status Match
 

Hi guys,

I know there is an official Status Match Thread, however I'm wondering if someone has currently be successful in matching to any *Alliance outside the US? I'm Oneworld Emerald with a European Airline and since I will be flying almost only on *Flight in the future I was looking for a Status Match with any *Airline. I was refused by CONTINENTAL previously so I was thinking on BMI, but has someone recently had any success on doing so?

BMI will still status match, but are now requiring you have at least one flight on BD metal to qualify.

Also, BMI Diamond Club (probably) has less than a year left to run before being subsumed into LH Miles and More.

Indeed there is. The advantage of posting there is that everyone who has subscribed to that thread will see that there is a new posting. Those thread subscribers include many of the people best able to answer your question, many of whom probably won't stumble upon this new thread in the *A forum.

If I were you, I'd consider asking a mod to move this. Just a thought.
