forgo a segment for one additional stopover?
hi everyone,
wish to check if this is possible lets say i book an award ticket that allows one stopover from country A to D (assume that only one stopover is allowed) so i go outbound: A -- B (stopver) --- D inbound is supposed to be: D ---- C (transit) ---- A can i forgo the tickets from D to C? lets say i can get a cheap budget airline ticket from D to C and i go a few days earlier to C for my over scheduled stopover before my flight from C to A. is this allowed? thank you |
When you no show for D-C your booking for C-A will be cancelled*
*applies in the vast majority of cases, some exceptions may apply for flexible (read expensive) tickets bought in some jurisdictions. |
