Codeshare with Qatar
 

THis is my 1st post here and would appeciate your collective advice.



I have booked flights next week.

LHR-DOH-LHE-DOH-LHR all booked with Quatar Airline.

I noticed that the LHR-DOH legs carry a bmi codeshare number and the DOH-LHE carry a United codeshare number.

Am i correct in assuming that these flights will qualify for status points and miles on my bmi diamond club account ?

Star Alliance airlines are all about the operator of the flight. The flight number is (almost always) irrelevant.

Depending on the booking class, you may earn destination miles since Qatar is an airline partner of diamond club.
