When can I book CO segments on *A RTW?
 
I need to book a RTW and it looks like the first 2 segments would be much better if I could book them on CO (instead of a horrendous detour on AC). I need to travel on Nov 8 or 9, so I need to book soon to make sure I get all the other flights. Anyone know (1) when will I be able to do this and (2) what fare class will CO segments book into for RTW tix?

You can book CO flights when they join *A which at the moment is supposed to happen on 27/10/2009. But no guarantees.

The booking classes have not been announced yet but most probably they will be A, D and M.
