Valencia restaurants

I'm going to be in Valencia for the marathon a week on Sunday and am looking for a restaurant for dinner on the Sunday evening but finding that a lot of places are closed. Anyone got any recommendations for somewhere that will actually be open?

Thanks for this. The other participants in my group have for some odd reason decided that they are not going to be awake for dinner so we're now aiming for a late lunch which opens up a bunch of other opportunities.
