Portugal Entry from US without testing?

I booked my Germany trip entering thru Portugal while I could still use GUCs for Main cabin to Delta One assuming that surely entering Portugal (6/2) wouldn’t be any more challenging than Germany. SMH. I’d like to avoid complications with testing, if it’s possible.

Are there any recent data points from
anyone flying into Portugal recently? Like where the US gate agent actually accepted the CDC card (without a test)? On DL?

I’ve heard 3rd party comments of this happening, but hoping for any 1st hand DPs.

ALSO- Is there any way to still acquire an EU compatible digital vax certificate without being present in person? I think some had been able to get one from Switzerland online, but I believe that isn’t possible any longer. Would be a good $$ maker for some country.

Flew in earlier this week on United and the check in agent very specifically wanted to see a negative test. Also there was a "wall" of agents checking everyone at the Lisbon airport after getting off the plane (and before passport control or connection transfer point) and they also wanted to see our negative test results when they saw we had US passports.

So I definitely wouldn't chance it. Maybe you get lucky and don't need it, but that was not the case at all for us. We used a rapid PCR from Curative.

Seems to only be policy to accept CDC cards with TP even though it's against what the government rules are.
