Transiting in LIS, US->LIS->BRU
Those are my questions.
I found a cheap RT fare to BRU via LIS on Tap, and my Cantillon cellar is looking bare - so I'm going.
Transit time at LIS is 1hr, 35 min. Coming from Miami with a US passport (and an expired Spanish passport - don't have time to renew it before the trip). Is this enough time?

The EU has not reopened to tourists. This is a very blanket statement that is simply not true.
The EU has recommended that countries open themselves up for tourism for those arriving from the US. In most cases most countries have opened themselves up to vaccinated tourists coming from the US. Despite EU recommendations, each country can set its own more or less restrictive measures as it deems fit.

Well, good thing that Portugal says I'm allowed in.

And Belgium, my final destination says I'm allowed in.
So you're saying?

Ignore post #2. You are authorized to enter Portugal and Belgium.
90 mins should be enough at LIS. Yesterday the lines were long but they moved reasonably fast. There are also TAP reps monitoring the queues and calling out specific transfer flights if your connection is approaching (I heard Brussels yesterday too).
Be sure to get your PCR Test. TAP Portugal needs to see it; I didn’t need to show it to Passport Control; just the PLR QR code.
