Day trip to Douro Valley from Porto
 
Would like to take a full day English speaking, guided tour (door to door) to the Douro Valley vineyards from Porto. All the tours seem the same. Is there one tour company that is better? Your suggestions, please.

Probably a bit late for your query, but I have nothing but great things to say about Portugal Green Walks, who does a variety of guided and unguided Douro tours.
