Port wine tasting in Portugal

Hello,

are there any places in Portugal (specifically in Lisbon or Porto) where you can taste lots of varieties of old port wine (20/30/40/?? years old) by small glasses, without having to buy a whole bottle each time? If yes - how are such places called, and does anyone have specific recommendations?

I have been to Portugal twice, but both trips were heavy on driving and thus strictly alcohol-free. This shall change

Thanks

In Lisbon:
Same thing in Porto

In Porto - in VN de Gaia any Port cellar usually has tastings of different wine types that they make, including different vintage wines. map

For non-port wines, sometimes there are wine fairs. Be VERY careful. The entrance is 10-15€ and it's 'all you can taste'. This is a good page to see if there are any such events coming up: Eventos

Yes, if you cross the river in Porto there are quite a few cellars on the other side. In Lisbon you might try the Enoteca de Belém.

In Porto, Portologia - La Maison des Porto, 552, R. de São João 28, has tasting menus with a large and varied selection of ports from different producers.

I can't find a working website, but here is their Instagram page.
