Alicante for team building - What to do?
 

We'll be going on a "team building" (read: drinking) trip to Alicante with work in the end of October.
We = about 30 Scandinavian IT consultants, ages 25-50 (roughly), mostly male.

Some things we've already decided on, while other things are still open.
I'm doing some research on Google as well, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask here:

1. Where to go for lunch on a Thursday?

2. Activities for a Friday and/or Saturday afternoon (this should be something fun and interesting) - either for 30 people or different activities where people can choose which one to join. This could also be a short taxi or bus ride away or so.

3. Where to go for "partying" after dinner on a Friday and/or Saturday?
As we're a large and mixed group, not everyone will have the same taste, but it would be nice to either find something everyone likes (either a bar nor night club), or 2-3 different places, so people could split up. This could also be a karaoke bar something else that's fun.

In general, they won't be hard to please as long as there's beer the company pays for, but it would be nice to offer a little more than just free alcohol. ;)
