One thing to do in Las Palmas

Hey all, I'm overnighting in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in November.

I arrive at ~noon and depart the next morning. So I have one afternoon/night to see something. What should it be?

Day at the beach + a little sightseeing combined with a nice dinner in the evening I would say.
