All airports should have free wi-fi.

ABQ has free WiFi. Also has multiple charging stations.

Try the free wifi at Oakland this week

We are the company working with the port to provide the free service. If you like it let us know, and if you don't like it also, please, let us know.

When you tried it in October, we were still finalizing the network configurations and bandwidth settings. You should experience a considerably faster, more vibrant network today, but remember that this is a free public access network and as such has limitations.

To the question of the original post, we currently operate in Oakland and Denver, two cities well served by Southwest.

Welcome to FlyerTalk, freefiguy!

May I ask what airports you will be serving in the future?

I tried the wifi on Nov 7, 2008 and it was quite speedy at 60KB/s (ten times dialup). However, everyone's wifi connections were being dropped every 1-20 minutes it seems.

Was there on the 6th - didn't have any problems with dropping, but the advertisement frame above Google was both annoying and buggy.

It started blocking legitimate requests like Google Maps as "blocked - porn site".

Weird.
