Try this website to check your account status online. As is usual with SW, it's the easiest and most effective of any of the airlines.
You'll need to assign yourself a password according to your RR number and then your ready to go.

It just took me a total of 80 seconds from start to finish to receive all the pertinent account information and that included dialing time, ringing time and the prompts.

Maybe a year ago someone replied to a thread from I think 1998. There were references to the WN "card" with RR stickers on it. Puzzled me for a second until I checked the date.
