Points lost on repricing
There is a pretty good fare sale going on today which lowers a lot of fares -- so I repriced one of my point reservations to half the price (from 11k to 5.5k points). It showed I would get refunded 5.5k points, and my account activity shows this sort of activity:
-11k points, +11k points, -5.5k points
But my point balance didn't actually go up. Given the way Southwest treats repricing it is very difficult to show the balance change and X support is like its all there. But I can only go back so far and I know my balance is actually unchanged from earlier today despite the refund. Anyone run into something familiar and know how to resolve? In the past I've seen it take a few minutes for the balance to 'catch up' but it's been over an hour and nothing for me.
EDIT: Can't find a way to delete the message -- but this got resolved. Not sure if X fixed it or it just fixed itself over time. My balance is now correct.
